Return & Refund

We want you to love what you ordered from slickloud. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Items are not damaged and in original condition
- All labels, and packaging are intact
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items marked as “Sale”
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email info@slickloud.com within 14 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
We will reply with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior contact.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you requested an exchange and the desired item is in stock, it will be shipped once we receive and approve your return. If not available, you’ll be refunded instead.
6. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and ensure a correct replacement or full refund.
